Booking & Payment
 

After submitting your application, we will review it and get back to you. If your application is accepted, you will receive a payment link for the deposit.

The deposit is 50% of the total trip price and is required to secure your place on the trip. Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

The remaining 50% will be due one month before the trip. Once the final payment has been received, all that's left to do is pack your bags and get ready for the journey.
 

Cancellation
 

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Because each trip is organised around a limited number of participants, your booking allows us to commit to transportation, accommodation, activities and other arrangements in advance. For this reason, the deposit is generally non-refundable if you decide that you can no longer join the trip.

However, we understand that every situation is different. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and whether we are able to fill your place, we may be able to offer a partial or full refund.

If we need to cancel the trip ourselves, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
 

Final Payment
 

The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before departure. If the final payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to release your place on the trip.

By submitting your application and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them.
