Will we actually meet coffee farmers?

Yes. This is one of the main reasons these trips exist.You'll spend time with farmers, producers and local communities, hear their stories first-hand and experience life on the farms. These moments create a space for farmers to share their knowledge, coffee and stories, while participants gain a deeper understanding of the people behind every cup.It’s an opportunity for both sides to learn, connect and share beyond coffee.

Is this a coffee tour or a holiday?

A little of both.Coffee is at the heart of everything we do, but some of the best moments happen over shared meals, conversations, walks through villages and time spent together.You'll learn a lot, but you'll also have space to simply enjoy being there.

Will there be free time?

Yes.We intentionally avoid rushing from place to place.Some of the most meaningful conversations happen over a slow coffee after cupping or during dinner with the group, so we build flexibility into the itinerary.

How physically demanding is the trip?

We’ll spend time walking through coffee farms, villages and cafés. Some locations may involve uneven terrain, hills or longer walks, as many coffee farms are located in mountainous areas.That being said, everyone has different abilities and comfort levels. We’ll communicate any more physically demanding activities beforehand and support you throughout the trip. If there are activities that are not suitable for you, we’ll help find alternatives so you can still be part of the experience and enjoy the journey.

Do I need cupping experience?

Not at all.Whether you've cupped hundreds of coffees or never held a cupping spoon before, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

This will vary depending on the destination, but we’ll always clearly outline exactly what is included before booking.For our 6-day experiences, the price includes everything you need during the journey.This includes accommodation, all meals, snacks, coffee, transportation throughout the trip, coffee activities, café visits, farm visits and hosted experiences.We take care of the planning and logistics during the journey, so you can focus on learning, connecting and enjoying the experience.

International flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are usually not included unless stated otherwise.We'll provide a detailed information pack before departure so there are no surprises.

Will I receive information before the trip?

Definitely.Every participant receives a comprehensive welcome guide covering everything from packing lists and visas to accommodation recommendations, transport, local customs as well as practical tips.We'll also host an online meeting before departure where you can ask questions and meet the rest of the group.
