Discover the incredible flavors of Akha cuisine and experience food that is deeply connected to the land, community, and local traditions.

De-pulping
After the cherries have been picked and sorted, the next step is depulping.
Depulping is a crucial step in the Washed/Wet Process, where the outer skin and flesh of the coffee cherry are mechanically removed, leaving the coffee seed inside covered in mucilage. You will be part of this process and learn how it works.

Discover how everything around the farm is connected. Learn about shade-grown trees, the plants and fruits growing around you, and how they work together. See how banana trees help absorb excess water, protect the land from flooding, and create a healthier environment for the coffee to grow.

Sit back and take in the views from 1,400 metres up in the mountains. Brew a V60, enjoy some food, or simply slow down and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
